#troikajam complete!

That was fun. An hour or two well spent. Got my hands dirty with the TROIKA! system. It's nice and loose with room to do what you want. I'm not a fan of skills in my TTRPG; it always seems a little too fiddle-y.  We'll see how the system works as I plan out The House of the Red Doors as a TROIKA! adventure.
